Ionad Cois Locha Dunlewey Centre in Dunlewey (12km) has a theme farmyard and a variety of animals. There is also a traditional weaving loom on display, regular boat trips on the lake and indoor and outdoor recreation facilities for children. Tory Island From the pier at nearby Magheroarty (7km), visitors can take boat trips to Tory Island on the Tory Island Ferry The island is a bird watchers' paradise, with its towering cliffs rich in so many different forms of bird life. Tory island is also home to the renowned Tory school of painters, one of whom is the King of Tory, Patsy Dan Rodgers.
Glenveagh National Park Ireland's largest National Park, Glenveagh, home to herds of red deer and golden eagles is only a 20 minute drive from Lios an Easa, Falcarragh B&B.
